We are excited to announce that from Sunday 6th June we have a 7 day auction listing on our Ebay shop for a bespoke dressing gown from Nottingham’s very own luxury dressing gown manufacturer, Daniel Hanson.
Earlier this year we held a raffle to win one of 7 exclusive designs from the Daniel Hanson ‘Nottingham Independents’ capsule collection. One of the lucky winners has very kindly donated the dressing gown they won back to Emmanuel House, so we are giving everyone another opportunity to win this stunning luxury garment in a 7 day eBay auction.
This one of a kind dressing gown was designed by Nicholas Hanson in collaboration with Forty Two Shop Nottingham for Daniel Hanson’s AW2020 artisanal collection. The striking design features blue and orange in a bold graphic print, cut from Belgian waxed cotton and is lined with 100% silk, and has a RRP of £1,250. Authentication certificate is included with the purchase.
The auction will start on Sunday 6th June ending on Sunday 13th June The dressing gown can be seen on display in the window at Emmanuel House Charity Shop on Goose Gate, whilst the auction takes place.
Daniel Hanson is a unique design and manufacture brand. Established by Daniel and Julie Hanson in 1989, and with a worldwide reputation as the go-to dressing gown makers for Jermyn Street, Saville Row and other luxury institutions, they have been producing world-class garments from the start.
The brand itself is still a well-kept secret; worn in private by royalty and celebrity the world over. Their products not only look spectacular, but feel distinctly luxurious to wear. Among its clients is Sir Elton John CBE: “I have worn Daniel Hanson robes for many years now and absolutely love them! The luxurious fabrics, bespoke designs and unique and colorful patterns; I couldn’t recommend them more highly”.
