We are seeking to recruit one worker to join the Wellbeing Support Team in providing outreach and person-centred support to homeless and vulnerably housed people in Nottingham.
Emmanuel House provides centre- based and outreach services for homeless, and marginalized people in Nottingham
This full time post (37.5 hours per week) is currently funded until December 2020. Any offer will be subject to DBS checks and satisfactory references
