Specialist Benefit Advisor

The Specialist Benefits Advisor will provide high-quality welfare benefits advice, advocacy, and practical support to people experiencing poverty, financial hardship, homelessness, poor health or other barriers to stability. The postholder will support individuals to maximise their income, access welfare benefits and other financial support they are entitled to. The role will address immediate financial needs while building long-term financial resilience through personalised advice, advocacy and practical support.

Job Description

Multiple Needs Worker

The Multiple Needs Worker will provide compassionate emotional and practical support to homeless and vulnerable individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties and additional needs. The post holder will help individuals access the services, resources, and support which they are entitled to, while empowering them to make positive and sustainable changes in their lives. The aim is to promote independence, wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion, while supporting each person to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
