Between 1st April 2022 and 31st March 2023, 581 individual beneficiaries visited the Support Centre 4255 times. Across the organisation, we have supported 716 people.

- We served 2106 meals at the support centre.
- We provided 296 hot showers.
- Our volunteer barber provided 232 haircuts.
- We gave out clothes 279 times.
- Beneficiaries participated in activity sessions such as the Grassroots Vocal Choir and the allotment 489 times.
- The Access Team conducted 394 different appointments, supporting people with benefits, health, homelessness, housing and benefits related issues.

Across the organisation, we achieved a total of 359 positive outcomes for our beneficiaries. This includes supporting beneficiaries into various forms of accommodation 276 times, which means we supported an average of 5.3 people a week into accommodation.
- We supported 99 people into supported accommodation, such as hostels.
- We supported 28 people into private-rented or registered social landlord tenancies.
- We supported 28 people into emergency accommodation, such as a hotel.
- 3 people supported to a place of safety.
- We supported 107 people in our Winter Shelter.
- 8 people returned to an area of the country where they could be accommodated.
- 3 people returned to another country where they could be accommodated.
- 47 people have their full benefits in place.
- 4 people have obtained residency status.
- 8 people were helped to obtain identity documents.
- 3 people have set up a payment plan.
- 13 people registered with a GP.
- 2 people were enrolled in training and education.
- 5 people started employment.
- 1 person started volunteering.
We have supported our beneficiaries to grow and develop a total of 808 times in the following ways:
- 113 people improved in their physical health.
- 129 people improved in their mental health.
- 112 people improved their ability to manage a tenancy.
- 95 people improved their day-to-day living skills.
- 89 people reduced the feeling of social isolation.
- 62 people either reduced, or gained better control of their alcohol use.
- 89 people either reduced, or gained better control of their substance misuse.
- 45 people reduced their offending behaviour.
