Be part of a new wave of homelessness support and outreach

We’re delighted to announce we’re now beginning recruitment for three brand new roles working in the homelessness sector in Nottingham.

Thanks to funding from the ‘Ending Homelessness in Communities Fund’ from Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Notts Community Connections will work with a defined cohort of individuals with complex needs who have experienced long-term homelessness, repeated rough sleeping and disengagement from services. Volunteers and peer volunteers will play an important role in strengthening engagement and providing additional relational support.
