Run the Robin Hood Half Marathon for Emmanuel House
After the success of the past three years, Emmanuel House is delighted to be a Bronze Charity Partner again this year for the Robin Hood Half Marathon.
The event takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026. By running for Emmanuel House, you’ll join thousands of people taking part in this iconic event. Every step you take will help support people out of homelessness.
The Robin Hood Half Marathon is one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. The course itself is great for both seasoned runners and beginners alike. It is a single lap, 13.1 mile (21.1km) traffic-free course. The race starts in Victoria Embankment and follows an undulating route taking you along the River Trent, through the Nottingham Park Estate, through Wollaton Park and finishes back at Victoria Embankment Recreation Ground next to the River Trent.

‘Own place runners’ will need to register for their own place on the Robin Hood Half Marathon website and select Emmanuel House as their charity.
Every runner that raises at least £50 for Emmanuel House via JustGiving will receive a FREE personalised Emmanuel House running vest.

Volunteer for the event
As part of our commitment to supporting the event, we must provide volunteers to help with the organisation on the day. You’ll be an official marshal to protect the route, or helping out in the Race Village before, during or after the event.
