Emmanuel House Charity Shop breaks records with over £31,000 in takings

We are thrilled to announce that Emmanuel House Charity Shop’s record-breaking takings were £31,398.01 in the 2021-2022 financial year.

All profit made in the charity shop goes directly into supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Nottingham.

Our shop is entirely run by our incredible team of hardworking volunteers and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped make this happen.

We are indebted to our great volunteers who feely give of their  time and talents to keep our charity shop thriving and our thanks to our wonderful customers without whom our charity shop would not be what it is.

Denis Tully, CEO

Our record sales demonstrate a great team effort. From our amazing volunteers sorting, displaying and selling both in the shop and on ebay, through to our annual collaboration with fashion students at NTU. This represents many people coming together to make the shop the best it can be. A big thanks to everyone involved.
