Emmanuel House provides a wide range of support and services for homeless and vulnerable adults in need, both in-house and in partnership with other organisations.
We believe that these activities create a pathway of support for the adults using the support centre, allowing them to make positive changes out of homelessness. Some of the services we offer include:
Appointments with a GP and Nurse via the Homeless Health Team
Additional support can also be offered in the following areas:
Mental Health Support
Tenancy and Resettlement advice
Benefit and Welfare support
Advocacy at appointments
Wellbeing Support
Referrals and Signpostings
Accessing the winter shelter
Criminal Justice Drop-In Sessions
Victim Care Drop-In Sessions

"The support and services I have been able to access at Emmanuel House have been life-changing. The support staff have helped me get off the street, find and job and make a plan for the future. Without them I’d be lost."
As a local and independent charity we rely mainly on the support of individuals, groups, organisations and Trusts. We are proud to work with the following businesses and organisations and are grateful for their support.
